REFUSED DELIVERY

You must obtain permission from the web Lighting to refuse delivery. If a shipment is rejected without prior permission, you will be charged restocking fees that could total more than 50% of the purchase price of the item and return shipping charges, which may be significant when shipped by Truck Freight.

SHIPPING TO AK, PR, HI

Orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii will have additional shipping charges applied after checkout, with notification via e-mail. Please contact us for approximate shipping cost to AK, PR, HI before ordering. If AK, PR, HI order is canceled, there will be costs incurred for the return of 7% of any kind.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please e-mail customer service at ltw@lightingtheweb.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. We will then notify you of all costs of returns that will be deducted from your refund, issue a RMA number, and credit problems within 30 DAYS to receive and check the return merchandise. It is recommended that you insure all returns as no refunds will be issued for goods damaged during delivery, in which time you will need to file a claim with shipping carrier to get back. .** NOTE: It may take up to two weeks to get an RMA number from manufacture to order is sent directly from them **

BACK PACK

We ask that our customers neat open all the packages and retain all packaging materials including overwraps (double-boxing) until the item they have been installed and verified to be working. All goods must be returned in original manufacturer carton with original accessories, and overwrapped in a fashion they were sent. Any missing packaging may incur costs, so please. Please use UPS to return the item insured, once authorized. Federal Express and DHL has a bad record by keeping a safe package.

Return

Lightingtheweb.com will refund or pay shipping costs associated with an error on our part only. You will receive a refund less the return of cancellation, which applies or restocking fee within 30 DAYS we receive and check back merchandise. No refund will be given for merchandise damaged during shipment, so please ensure all returned. LOST PRODUCTS

Each item is missing from your shipment must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery as noted by the carrier tracking number. No claims for missing items will be accepted or respected for 5 days from the date of delivery.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery otherwise the product will be approved is not stock products that do not operate properly, or have other damage that is not the result of shipping damage. Broken parts including, but not limited to glass, diffusers, lenses, Shades, Alabaster, mica is not considered a product defect but is eligible for a replacement from the manufacturer. Broken parts must be reported within 72 hours of delivery otherwise no replacement will be approved. E-mail us at ltw@lightingtheweb.com to have replacement parts sent to you at no cost. Customers are responsible for expedited shipping costs or special. We will not be responsible for all electrical, contractor or other related costs associated with installing or repairing any defective parts or glass-producer. Damaged or defective product may have been delays in the spare parts and availability. Items returned due to damage or defect with the spare parts are sent out will be charged 20% restocking fee.

CREDIT CARD ADDRESS VERIFICATION

Customers are responsible for entering the correct billing address and zip code for their credit card during checkout.
